  My son loves this place, he wanted to learn how to box and the instructors are so nice they take there time with him. They made him feel like he was part of a family, that's how they treat you here. It's very clean, they have a room that you can sit and watch when your there. My son has been coming here for a month now and he lost 8 pounds already, mind you he is still eating what he wants lol, but just coming here they work you out that's for sure. If I could I would give them 10 stars that's how good this place is!!!!!!! Come and see for yourself.
